Vintage Rodger’s Golden Syrup Tin

Rodger’s Golden Syrup is a 100% Pure cane syrup made from blended refinery cane syrups. This particular tin is a vintage 1960’s piece that once contained 2lbs of Rodger’s Golden syrup from B.C. Sugar refinery in Vancouver. Today most golden syrup’s are produced by inverting half the refiner’s return syrup to fructose and glucose and blending it back again. This ensures product won’t crystallize. This tin is sought after a piece of Canadian history, particularly from the west.
