Asus B85M-E Motherboard, i5-4570 CPU, 12GB RAM, Cooler

I’m trying to upgrade my motherboard so I’m selling my old one. It works really nicely if paired with a good gpu. I was running about 140 fps in creative Fortnite and 120 fps in reload. Gpu not included. Located near Millwoods. Would like it gone ASAP. Comes with ram, the IO shield, and the cpu cooler. I don’t have thermal paste. I’m willing to negotiate the price.
