TRYING TO QUIT SMOKING?? This is what's left of a sample pack. I could not use them for 2 reasons 1 I broke out in a rash after being on my arm for less than 3 hours 2 Not a good combination with my health issues. I know they are very expensive to buy I am only looking for a reasonable amount so I don't feel like I am giving them away. They did however reduce my smoking from over a pack a day to 10 or less. A lot of this is also me forcing myself to quit so it gave me a bit of a jump start.
