Minus the Bear - Omni (CD)

In good condition. Seattle math-rock/indie stalwarts Minus the Bear showcase a sultry, groove-driven evolution on their fourth studio full-length, Omni. Teaming up with legendary producer Joe Chiccarelli (The White Stripes, The Shins, Spoon), the quintet infuses their signature intricate dual-guitar tapping and sophisticated time signatures with synth-heavy funk textures, driving dance-rock basslines, and unabashedly sensual lyricism. Featuring standout tracks like "My Time," "Secret Country," and the atmospheric "Into the Mirror" (featuring backing vocals by Rachel Flotard), Omni captures the band at their catchiest and most sonically polished.
