Collecting Items for the homeless

Hi there Kind folks! I am looking for some items to bring to some homeless people this winter. The name of the organization I volunteer with is called “Out of The Cold”.   In past years, we made and served dinner and breakfasts to the less fortunate at Knox United Church.      This year, due to Covid, we will not be serving warm meals at the church, but rather handing out lunch bags, clothing, and toiletry items to approximately 110 people during the months of February & March   If you would like to contribute in any way, please let me know.  Items Needed: Foods: All foods accepted - Anything we can’t use in the bag lunches will be brought to the Dorset Hub food bank. Snacks:  Granola Bars, Protein Bars , Chocolates, Chips - Individually Wrapped   Drink Items:  Juice Boxes, Water Bottles    Clothing Items:  Mitts, Hats, Gloves, Scarves, Underwear, Bras, Socks, Hand Warmers, Pants, Long Johns, Leggings, Hand Warmers, Jackets, Sweaters, Coats, Boots   Toiletry Items:  Depends Adults Diapers, Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Hand Sanitizer, Mini Kleenex Packages, Hand and Face Cream, Small Shampoo Bottles   Gift Cards:  Tim Horton’s, Fast Food Restaurants, Grocery Stores    Wool & Knitters: We are always looking for donations of new or opened bags of wool and people that can knit and crochet hats, scarves, neck warmers and mitts.   Please let me know if you or anyone that you know would like to help out with this year's “Out of The Cold” initiative.    Many Thanks from the less fortunate.
