It is in very good condition, no damage to fabric or structure. The springs are not as strong as they used to be, but it still makes for confortable seating for 3-4 people. The sofa has a storage under the ottoman part and becomes a sofa bed with a very easy pull on the straps. The bed size sleeps 2 easily. OBS: The sofa can be broken down into three parts for transport easily and I will help you disassemble it and put it in the truck. Dimentions can be seen in the link above.
