10 Foot Tall Artificial Christmas Tree

This commercial Christmas tree measures 10 feet tall and 5 feet wide at the base. Comes with metal stand. Was used in our business, but no longer needed. The tree comes in 4 sections for easy assemble. Condition notes. Base has two of the three screws, but been like that for many years, very stable. Two small branches have lost there metal attachment, but are included. Just place in the tree and you will never see a difference. Took the photo outside for this ad. Pickup near Guelph line and 401.
