Used is NOT "Brand New"

Please be honest! If you've actually USED the item (toiletries, etc.), you canNOT advertize it as "Brand New". I bought a set of mugs here that the seller described as "New". When we met, I decided to take a peek at them, and I'm glad I did. One had a big crack down the side, one had a big chip at the lip, one was stained badly on the inside with the exterior design badly faded, and the 4th (the best) had lighter scratches, stains and fading. I don't know in what universe these could be described as "New". Also similar experiences buying lip balm and face cleanser. Buyers, check the item(s) when you meet before you pay!
