Basement suite

Hey I got a basement suite in Edmonton looking for working professionals some small pets are allowed no dogs I am very chill easy going landlord there is a large projector for movies a tv in the bedroom it’s basically fully furnished there is a glass steam shower with colour changing light it has a radio in it Although I don’t think the steam function works anymore utensils fridge stove dishwasher pots pans plates cups coffeemaker couches coffee table bed basically move in ready the less stuff you have the better this fits All utilities and internet included
