Cat Tree

I am downgrading my cat empire as I went overboard purchasing things for my pet and now I need more space in my apartment. My cat has 2 other trees. My cat loves this tree but I really need more space. Please note that I used ikea cat scratching mat to make the climb to the tree easier (these are included).
