It is gently used and in working order. YOU WILL NEED AN INNER COOKING POT TO TEST IT FULLY, and you are welcome to bring one with you at pick-up. It does not need to be of the same brand, it just needs to be the appropriate size: 5.6 L (or 9 cups of rice!) sized inner pot. There is rice in the mechanism, but that hasn’t affected the functions.
