Rare Vintage Child Hand Pulley Tricycle

Up for sale we have this extremely Rare MangChild (Mang Chui ) Child Hand Pulley Stand-Up Tricycle. A one of a kind tricycle Made for Children by some Mad Scientist Back when there were No Regulation on Kids safety. A very Dangerous Contraction made mostly of Steel. I’m not really sure of the Maker of this toy or when and why it was made. Can still be use for what it was made for but really this is the most conversational piece I have ever seen for any Bicycle or tricycle enthusiast. This item would make a great show piece. If anyone as any info on this piece I would be glad to hear them.
