Oscillating Stand Fan

White pedestal fan is made of plastic and metal. This unit has a broken neck joint where the fan head attaches to the stand. The power cord is intact and the fan head includes a three-blade design with a wire safety cage and is functioning well, just need to tape it down firmly to the stand
