Unopened 3 pack, still wrapped in plastic. Strong all steel construction, no plastic parts, with durable powder coat paint. For a 3 x 10 inch opening, actual size is 2-3/4 x 9-3/4 inches. I bought the wrong size. Pickup at Highlands Library, 6710 118 Ave in northeast Edmonton.
