Hello! We have several spaces available for rent, perfect for a variety of activities like dance, yoga, fitness, sports, birthday parties, concerts, and more. Studio 1 (2800 sq. feet) is available for: - Recreational activities (sports, dance, yoga): $90/hour - Piano concerts and art presentations: $130/hour - Events with food (parties, gatherings): $130/hour - Peak dates (long weekends, holidays): $150/hour A $500 refundable security deposit is required. Studio 2 (1800 sq. feet) is available for: - Recreational activities: $80/hour - Events with food: $110/hour - Peak dates: $130/hour A $500 refundable security deposit is required. Both studios include a reception/lobby area, 2 washrooms, and 2 change rooms. Lobby/Reception area is available for: - Events with food: $90/hour - Peak dates: $120/hour A $300 refundable security deposit is required. This space includes 2 washrooms and 2 change rooms. Classroom space is available for: - Recreational activities: $80/hour - Events with food: $110/hour - Peak dates: $130/hour This space includes 1 washroom. All spaces are equipped with large mirrors, and tables & chairs are available upon request. A stereo/sound system (CD, AUX, USB) and a piano are also available upon request. The flooring is a Marley surface, suitable for various activities. We offer a peaceful ambiance for meditation and wellness sessions, especially during off-peak hours. Our venue can comfortably fit around 100 people for events like birthday parties. There's a cafeteria next door with seating. Please note: No club events or warehouse parties.
