These are a beautiful pair of charcoal grey Storm by Cougar chelsea rain boots. If your style is minimal chic then these are the boots for you! Waterproof with a round toe, dual side goring for a flexible fit, pull tab at the heel, and a textured outsole for slip resistance. They are in perfect condition. Only worn once for less than an hour. I hate to let them go but my feet are too wide. More suitable for narrow feet.
