Used maybe two times. Both times cleaned properly after use. It’s small and compact which is great, about 1 ft x 0.5 ft Great for small pet stains, puppy training accidents, animal potty training etc. can also be used for small carpet stains like wine or sauces if you don’t want a huge appliance. Fits nicely in apartment storage. I can also drop off in the GTA, Vaughan, and King City area
