Antique Miniature Quran in Engraved Box

Antique miniature Quran encased in a metal box engraved with Islamic scripture. Lined in blue velvet (might be another material but I don’t think it’s felt due to its age). Purchased decades ago in El Hussein, Cairo where my grandparents once lived. It was used then, so I’m not sure how old it actually is.
