Electric Scooter

This is a flash 3.0. charger included. Doesn't work but must be a small issue. needs new battery. only ridden once wasn't used for a while and when I brought it back out to use again it has stopped working. I'm not a handy person so I'm not too sure the issue but I was told a reset would help fix it or a new battery. it's brand new other than those issues. need it out as it's taking up space.
