They have been cleaned for hygienic purposes. The box still smells brand new, none of the other accessories have been used and everything in the box has not been touched. No issues with pairing or connectivity. Battery life is amazing and case has not been charged since (not sure when, that’s how long it’s been) maybe around 6 months to a year? (hasn’t been used at all since first use). CAN PROVIDE RECEIPT FROM BESTBUY (I HAVE GONE TO BESTBUY WITH THE SAME CARD USED TO PURCHASE THESE TO GET ANOTHER RECEIPT, THIS RECEIPT IS A DUPLICATE RECEIPT NOT ORIGINAL BUT IS FROM BESTBUY @ MARKVILLE) I have also noticed the beats on the apple coverage website state these powerbeats are white and it is a display glitch, we can happily call apple together or go to the apple store to verify authenticity.
