Twin futon wood frame with foldable foam mattress

This cute, space-saving wood futon and foldable foam mattress set is perfect for hosting visitors. Simply fold up and store when not in use. Wood frame comes apart into two pieces (two pieces are joined with a screw - technically you could take it apart into 3 pieces). The futon frame uses wooden pegs so you can easily switch between chair and bed. Foam mattress is firm with a removable washable cover. Paid $100 for the new mattress 2 years ago, and an additional $100 for the frame. Lightly used - the mattress has been used less than 25 times in the last 2 years for out of town visitors. Light pink IKEA sheet set included (non-fitted sheet has small pen mark stain - can send additional pictures). Approx. 74 x 38 inches (single twin size). Pick up only from the 3rd floor of a walk-up apartment. A bit awkward and heavy but doable by one person. If you can lift 40 pounds, you can move this on your own!
