1970s vintage skirt by Canadian brand Topher.
Fits like a petite XS, waist is 11in and length is 13.5in. For reference I am 5’3 and had to wear it super high waisted + with safety shorts underneath.
**COMES WITHOUT THE BELT**
Zipper and a clasp on the front. Pocket on the back.
I love it so much but I have to admit it’s just too small for me now.
