Looking for a room to rent FOR A MALE

I’m trying to help a single widowed man(35) find a private room for $1000 if you are NOT asking for last month’s rent or deposit. He can afford $650 if you are asking for first and last. If you are willing he would also agree to pay a little extra until last month’s rent is paid. He works and is quiet. Doesn’t do drugs or drink. He has no car. He is good with pets. He is Canadian born and Guyanese descent. His lease is expiring September 30 so he is looking for a place for Oct 1. Picture above is him
