Made by W & L.E. Gurley Troy N.Y. for the Hughes Owens Co. LTD. Equipment reference # 9300. This hand-assembled theodolite is fully operational but needs calibration. It would make a great conversation piece in a surveyor's office or home. The eyepiece works great, but the box needs some TLC.
