It features a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, an office area, a decent-sized shower, and is air-tight with excellent insulation. The hot water tank runs on propane and electric, with on-demand hot water. It has unique seamless exterior edges designed to prevent leaks. Sold as-is, but some parts and materials are included.
