If you hold a bunch of tension in your neck and shoulders too, this thing is a real game changer. Pressure / speed is adjustable, and the handles keep it in place while giving extra control over the amount of pressure and exact location. Just plug it in and go. 15 minutes usually does a pretty great job at sorting out a bunch of knots. Bought a year ago and only used a handful of times.
