Spacious private room available in the heart of downtown Toronto on the 15th floor. Looking to sublease for 4 months till the end of August, extendable if necessary. Shared washroom and kitchen with one friendly roommate (privacy respected). Subway entrance is within the building, making transit very convenient. Dollarama, LCBO, food court, and Shoppers are also in the building. Grocery stores, a bus stop, and fashion stores are very close by. A divider is available for privacy, and a mattress can be included if needed. Monthly expenses: Rent: $980 Utility $40-50 (depends on usage), Wifi $30 (optional).
