Price is for both packs. 8.3 watt, 100 watt equivalent, but i think it is 60 watt equuiivalent in reality. 1100 lumen and 1230 lumen. 5000k and 6500k. 5000k pack is brand new. Two from the 6500k pack were used very briefly before I switched to higher power Bulbs. purchased from Amazon Japan.
