This is a limited edition collector's plate by Knowles, titled "The Painter." It's the seventh in the Rockwell Heritage Collection and was made in a limited edition in 1983. This plate is certified as a "True Rockwell Classic" by the Rockwell Society of America. It features artwork by Norman Rockwell.
