Niu KQI3 Max Electric Scooter

Looking for a new owner to enjoy a pre-owned scooter. I'm too busy to ride nowadays. Niu claimed range is 65km (if your 110lbs, traveling @15km/h snoozing speed on flat smooth terrain with no head wind). My real world range is 30km on a single charge going at 38km/h. This has a sturdy build quality and has proven to be a reliable scooter; fast enough to get a fun ride. *Please note the scooter will be unbinded for the new owner* That means as the new owner you will need to download the Niu app, bind the scooter to your phone via Bluetooth, go thru Niu's mandatory safety ride going at 15-20km/h on e-save mode for 200 meters. Afterwards you will be rewarded with the full capacity of the scooter. Thru the app you can control the strength of the e-brakes, top speed, turn off kick to start, and lock the scooter. This a mid tier scooter so it weighs 46.3 lbs. obviously b/c of the large battery. Included in the sale is the charger block, a hand pump with extended nozzle. For honesty, I have also included the pics of the the scratches and minor damage on the right front reflector. Tires tread is still good after 710km riding. *CASH ONLY* NO E-TRANSFERS.
