3 bedroom house. All included. the first 2 bedrooms are 500. The third bedroom is 700. Comes fully equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom furnished queen size beds. Pets are allowed. Smoking outside big backyard three parking spots Internet Wi-Fi included require first and last months rent. students or working professionals anyone on a pension is welcome as well. First come first serve I the owner do not live in the residence. I live in Toronto. I can come once a month, but please note that I cannot come and meet you to show you the house so it’s basically take the photos as is and first and last month rent e-transferred to me before moving in and I will give you the code to the box to get your keys. 150 deposit required, but also refundable.
