White/navy pencil skirt dress

This dress has a white dotted blouse with a navy pencil skirt. It has rarely been used and is in good condition. The top blouse part has little dots, nice cinching around the neckline and flutter cap sleeves. The pencil skirt on the bottom hugs the hips and gives a nice figure. It’s very classy and I find it always makes me feel very respectable and confident. Can be used for work/office attire, fancy events, etc. it is very comfortable and stretchy, would easily fit anyone from size 2-8.
