WATERFRONT Bunkie/Cabin for Rent on beautiful sought after lake in North Kawartha. $1000/Week (Sunday 2 pm to Friday 11 am) or $550 weekend (Friday 2 pm to Sunday 11 am) or $825 for 3 day long weekend. Separate full bathroom with shower, access to shared 60 foot dock, 1 - max 16 foot boat parking on shared dock beside bunkie, BBQ grill, 2 burner propane cooker, air conditioner, bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker and TV for dvd’s also provided. Shared fire pit for camp fires with firewood provided. Perfect for someone who prefers a little “glamping” rather than full camping. Full experience of camping but without the tent installation! Very safe even for single mom or dad wanting to experience the camping and beach life with their kids this summer! Very family orientbed environment with no use of recreational drugs or marijuana allowed on premises. No smoking in bunkie and no throwing of anything in the lake. Check-in at 2:00 PM on day of arrival and Checkout at 11:00 AM on day of departure. 2.5 hours drive from GTA or 2.0 hours from Pickering. A lot of family fun for the kids and adults with 2 minute walk to beach (next door) or just walk there through the water! Boating, canoeing, swimming, sandy shallow beach front water access, fishing, hiking, golfing nearby (5 minute drive), access to 3 marina’s on water with stores restaurants and ice cream. Jetski and boat rentals at Kawartha Adventure on the way or on lake itself (ask for details) and 2 parking spaces on premises. One for car and the other for your boat trailer or for 2 cars if you don’t have a boat trailer. 2 Kayaks available for use on site but must be officially booked prior to use. Waiver to be signed upon check in and $250 fully refundable (if no damages) damage deposit to also be provided by e-transfer or cash only. No debit or credit card machine available. Unfortunately, no additional tents are allowed on the premises.
