this is a wireless charger I know it charges your cell phone I don't have the instructions but it's still sealed in the package it says wireless charger model number and 300 input by v / 2A 9 volt/1.678 put 5V / 1A 9 volt/1.1a frequency 100-205khz that's all I can get for the information I'm only asking 25
