Antique Rose plate by Dunn Bennett & Co.
$7
The mark says “Made in England Burslem” and “DC Ware” with a wreath and crown symbol.
Burslem is one of the six towns that make up Stoke-on-Trent, England, which was (and still is) a major center of pottery production. Many famous potteries, like Royal Doulton and others, had factories there.
DC Ware refers to Dunn Bennett & Co. (DBC), which operated from the late 19th century into the 20th. They later merged with Royal Doulton in 1938.
The floral transfer pattern (roses) with a light wash background is typical of early to mid-20th century decorative wares.
This plate was likely produced between 1910 and 1930, give or take a decade. It would have been part of a decorative or tableware set rather than a purely utilitarian dish.
No chips or cracks!
Plate measures at 24cm
