Hoya curtisii plant - needs plant doctor pls read description

This is a very full pot of Hoya curtisii. I just noticed that it has some white on some leaves and couldn’t really tell what it is but just a heads up so giving it away to someone who hopefully knows what it is if you want to salvage cuttings that look fine or are more familiar with what it is. The plant has been quarantined the whole time as a precaution. Pick up: good for pick up today (25th) or Monday (29th) and onwards. Priority given to early pick up to save the plant
