Teal Futon Couch with Chaise Lounge

Looking to give this teal futon couch with a chaise lounge to a new home. It's a great piece for a living room or den. There are some signs of use from the kids (could use a bit of cleaning) but it's still in good condition and super comfy for lounging or having guests over or sleepovers. 9ft long lengthwise, 52" chaise, 32" seating + 21" laid out as a bed.
