Wanted: Operation Christmas Child Shoebox

Hi neighbours! Our small family of 3 is filling 300 Christmas shoeboxes for Samaritan’s Purse: Operation Christmas Child — sending gifts to children in need around the world. You can help by: 1️⃣ Donating new small toys, school supplies, or clothing items (we can pick up!) 2️⃣ Requesting an empty box to fill and return by Nov 15 3️⃣ Donating $12 to cover shipping for a box (we have envelopes for cheques or you can donate online) Great donation ideas (from the dollar store): • Toys: small dolls, cars, yo-yos, jump ropes, stuffed animals, card games, puzzles • School supplies: crayons, pencils, sharpeners, notebooks, coloring books, stickers • Clothing & accessories: socks, hats, gloves, t-shirts, hairbrushes, barrettes • Personal care: toothbrushes, combs, nail clippers, washcloths, tissues (no liquids) Please no food, candy, liquids, toothpaste, war toys, or breakables.
