Mint condition, like new commercial grade heater. Under 40 hours total usage time, heater is rated for 5000 hours. I've had this heater for around 5 years and it is the best standard plug heater I have ever used. I am selling it because I don't have a suitable garage space to use it in and it has been sitting unused since we moved.
