Next to New 89" 2-Piece Fabric Sleeper Sectional w Chaise

I am selling a 89" sectional that was purchased in March 2025 from The Brick. The sectional model name is Eden. It was sat on maybe 10 times, was always protected with fabric covers, no spills or damage, clean, has a pull-out twin bed with left or right-swappable chaise and storage, and is super easy to put together. Chaise has a lift-up storage to keep extra cushions, blankets or pillows. I'll include the 3M UV Care Kit, which has not been used. The pictures are from right before I took it apart to store it.
