The dimensions are 1 foot 4 inches long, 1 foot high and 5 inches wide. Plenty of room for a laptop or paper files, along with everything else you need. The interior is a neutral beige color with Michael Kors imprinted throughout. There are four side pockets with a side zippered pocket and a center divider zippered pocket. The clasp is an interior magnetic snap. A few small signs of wear and tear - very few since I only used it about 8 times!
