1999 BMW series 3

I bought this vehicle off my brother after he damaged the steering rack. I was managing an automotive shop at the time so we replaced everything and anything it needed. I drove her home to my underground parking garage where she sat for about a year with the battery unhooked just collecting dust. At this time I was moving and went to reconnect the battery to start but she wont turn on anymore. Unfortunately I believe a rat got to the soy based wiring because everything and I mean everything was done up perfectly when parked. Tires and rims not included but willing to add them for a deal. I own 4 vehicles, I don't have the space or time for this one anymore. I have all the invoices for work done, at this point I'm just trying to break even.
