looking for a roommate

Looking for a calm-natured and mature guy to share a master bedroom room with 2 other guys. The house is occupied by 4 Indian guys at moment. Rent would be 440 + utilities and wifi. It is a 2bed 1bath furnished basement unit with high ceilings. Grocery is in common among everybody. Preferable move-in date would be 1st November.
