Regalo top of stairs baby gate

This is a Regalo Top of Stairs Baby Gate. As a couple pieces are missing for the post-to-post options, this is for wall-to-wall mount ONLY. This gate includes a safety latch and an adjustable foot at the bottom to ensure stability at the correct height. It includes brackets to work with walls with baseboards, and can also be mounted directly to walls without baseboards. Expands from 29” to 43”. Ages 6mos to 24 mos. All items are included EXCEPT the following: - 3 of the 4 Velcro straps that allow for damage-free post mounting (the pieces are there, but a grandparent inexplicably cut the Velcro when uninstalling the gate, so unless you have a genius and safe solution, these are now unusable) - 2 of the shorter screws - 5 of the longer screws - inexplicably, pages 1-4 of the instructions are missing, but the pages you need to install are there. This was used at a grandparents’ house just for a few visits a year, so (other than the missing parts listed above) it is in very good condition. Manufacture date March 2019. Once again, all pieces are included for mounting from wall to wall, but not for damage-free post mounting. Pickup only. St. Clair West & Spadina Road area.
