Zinus Twin Bed frame with Ikea twin mattress

I bought zinus twin bed frame with ikea 12 cm twin mattress for a guest staying with me for two weeks. Since then there has not been any usage of the items and they are just stored in our den for over a year now. Original collective price for both items is 258$, selling at half the price for both. My home is extremely neat, no smoking, no pets and no children. Condition: - bed frame 10/10 (deassembled) - mattress - 8/10 - it has caught some dirt marks at corners as i stored it behind my table on the floor (see picture).
