It's in great condition and ready for a new home! Stored mainly indoors so it's in great shape. Very sturdy an adult can easily stand on the raised platform and it's rock solid. Works as an indoor/outdoor playset. My kiddos outgrew it, but it's ready for another adventure with new kids. The ball pit balls we keep in the bottom part are also for sale - $5 extra.
