looking for ebike!

I am looking for an e-bike for someone which he has to pay for haha, and he says it has to go 30 mph or more and it doesn’t need to be modded but if yes then wonderful. Please help me find a ebike for him and we are looking for something like a ridstar or close to or! You have to be in Calgary or close. I know its a tight budget but feel free to message! 😁
