Red Patent Flower Tote Bag

Beautiful eccentric red patent leather (?) tote bag with flower embellishments! It's in great condition and adds a unique touch to any outfit. Originally priced at $199 from the iconic Fashion Crimes store. I don’t know if it’s real leather. It acts like it, feels like it, but I have no sense of smell and can’t be sure. There are no brand tags on or in the bag. The bottom of the bag feels a little crunchy, as if the base they used crumbled, but you can’t see it aesthetically. My mum believes she bought this in the early 90’s, but like many of her purchases, she never used it and it’s been sitting in her closet since.
