There’s a room available for move-in November 1st in a 2-bedroom apartment on Winakwa Road (SE Winnipeg, Windsor Park/St. Boniface area). Rent is $685/month( water included) Tenant pays for hydro and WiFi. You’d be sharing with another girl, so we’re looking for a female (student or otherwise) who’s tidy and respectful. The location is good, lots of bus stops nearby for easy transit, stores in relatively close reach, so getting essentials or getting around won’t be hard.
