Room available for rent from November 9th to the end of November 2025 in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment on the 20th floor of 901 Lougheed Hwy, Coquitlam. Prefer someone who is Gujarati (male preferred, or female if you're comfortable). Shared space with 3 other Gujarati male students (my cousins) in their last year of college. Prime Location: 2-3 minutes walk from 5 bus stops to Braid Station and 1 bus stop to Lougheed Station. Walking distance to Braid Station or only 2 stops away by bus. Convenient Grocery. - In unit laundry - central Ac & Heating - office space in building - basic gym in building I have furniture (desk and chair, dresser, night stand and mirror) if you need to use it.
